Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States (including APO/FPO where supported).
Need something shipped internationally? Reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
If an item has a longer lead time, we’ll communicate that quickly.

How Our Shipping Works (Important)

We work with multiple trusted suppliers to bring you the best gear available.

Because of that:

  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages
  • Items may ship from different locations
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers
  • Deliveries may arrive on different days

👉 This is intentional—and helps us get you gear faster while keeping costs down.

Why Some Orders Take Longer

In some cases, we will bring items to us first before shipping to you.

We do this to:

  • Reduce multiple shipping charges
  • Combine items when possible
  • Keep your total cost lower

This may add a few days, but results in a better overall experience.

Shipping Rates

We use a simple, tiered flat-rate system based on your order total.

This allows us to:

  • Keep pricing predictable
  • Avoid stacking multiple shipping charges
  • Stay fair across different product types

Final shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

After processing:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited (if available): 2–3 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
If items ship separately, you’ll receive multiple tracking updates.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

Issues with Delivery

  • Marked delivered but not received? Check with neighbors and your carrier first
  • Damaged item? Contact us within 48 hours with photos
